about
The basic theme of this song came from Balint L. TOTH (guitar, vocals). We wanted a heavy, mid-tempo, epic tune. Zoli ZAKAR’s bass is brutal but melodic, Aron TAMAS brings a tight and muscular throbbing on the drums, the rhythm guitar is the engine of the song and Zsolti BERECZ makes the music exciting with psychedelic solos. The mix was done by Zoli CS. SZABÓ (The Trousers) at the Artistfactory Music Studio in Budapest (HU). The lyrics (Balint) were inspired by a late-night walk in Jerusalem.
lyrics
Welcome to the real world, play with me, this game is called: The Truth
Your daydream’s over and you have to leave behind your naïve youth
Open up your eyes and come with me
Take my hand and you will see
Here in the world of fake beliefs and bloody hands
We’re going down the road of burning evil lands
The mirror lies, we dig our heads deep in the sand
False gods rule the Kingdom of the End
Welcome to the real world honey, play with me, the game is called: The End
Fake news and broken road signs, words you’ll never comprehend
Freezing wind blows through the open windows
Take a deep breath and you’ll feel
That everything you see is real
